Skills Development
We will assist in analysing your training needs and facilitate skills development
through a workplace skills plan. We will assist in the implementation of a Skills
Development Facilitator (SDF) who will be responsible for training and development
in your organisation. Many companies make the mistake of appointing their accountant
or bookkeeper as the company SDF and this often is not particularly effective. The
person you appoint as your SDF should be experienced and qualified to manage your
skills development initiatives in accordance with Seta requirements. If this is
not the case, your company’s employee may act as an assistant to an external SDF.
